What an exciting week it has been with Gymnastics, Science week and a theatre production!
In Gymnastics, we used the skills we learnt on the mat and challenged ourselves to try them on the bench (beam). We tried balances, jumps, front bridge and even a forward roll. Here are some photos of us in action:
We joined with Brightwalton school to watch a theatre production all about The Great Fire of London where we watched, sang, danced, raced and then drew London.
For Science week, we joined together with Robins to investigate why Great Shefford is a good habitat for the Red Kite bird. After a long discussion about what a good habitat needs, we got to work researching whether Great Shefford had all those things. We then presented our findings in the Science Showcase and gave our conclusion.
