SPORTS EVENTS AT PARK HOUSE!

This week, groups from Owls and Red Kites took park in competitive sports against local schools. On Tuesday, 6 children from Red Kites represented the school in the archery competition - they came joint 3rd place! Brilliant teamwork and skills! On Thursday, 6 children competed in the speed stacking challenges! They came 2nd place! We’re so proud of the children who took part and look forward to the next events.

DANIEL IN THE LIONS DEN (Daniel 6:22)

On Monday during Collective Worship, a few members of Red Kites contributed a performance of Daniel in the Lions Den to represent the exploration and importance of Trust.

NUMBER DAY

What a day! The children came into school representing all types of number - we have spent the whole day exploring different areas of number and it’s creative side! We spent time outdoors creating a natural fractions wall and creating questions amongst many other activities including number art and a number rap! The children rushed off at home time to donate to the cake sale and parents came in to see how we do maths in Red Kites!

We can’t quite believe how fast January has gone but it’s been a great start to the year and the children have worked unbelievably hard. Thank you for your continued support. Have a lovely weekend.
