Week 6

On Monday we visited West Berkshire Museum where we learnt so much about the local history - we left bursting with new historical knowledge. We were able to learn more about our Cold War topic and the impact it had on the surrounding area.

Red Kites have worked so hard this week as they prepared and performed their Christmas Carol Service. Despite being down in numbers due to illness, the children read their lines clearly and confidently and sung beautifully. Well done to those who performed solo’s and stepped in for others on the night.

As part of our news report writing, Red Kites channeled their inner journalist and interview Robins about their nativity; asking questions about their performance and what Christmas means to them.
